Learn the pillars of safe, strong movement: strength, coordination, and mobility. You’ll take a simple self‑assessment to understand your current mobility levels, then practice gentle exercises that set the stage for safe progress.
Discover the fundamental movement patterns that support bone density and daily function. Using a mirror, you’ll learn how to align your body for better posture, safer form, and maximum benefit.
Unilateral (single‑side) training helps correct imbalances, improve fall resistance, and strengthen the body in a functional, real‑world way. You’ll build strength one side at a time and develop deeper awareness of how your body moves.
Bring everything together with safe, progressive variations that add gentle dynamic challenge. You’ll learn how to advance movements at your own pace to continue building bone‑supportive strength long after the series ends.
