Description:

Fusion Dance Centre at the JCC is a full-year dance program running from September through June, culminating in a spectacular year-end recital at the David Brearley High School Theater in early June. Students must commit to the full year. Late enrollment is accepted pending class availability.

Registration Policy: Enrollment in class is confirmed upon registration. If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, cancellations may be made for a credit to your account up to one week prior to the start of class. Participants may request to transfer to another dance class within the first week of the class, pending availability. After the first week of class has passed, no changes, transfers, or credits will be issued.

A Star is Born (Ages 3–4): This class introduces the joy of movement through Pre-Ballet technique, pre-tumbling, and creative movement. Dancers will begin learning basic ballet terminology while building foundational skills such as balance, coordination, and control. Through imaginative activities and playful instruction, students will practice fine motor skills like balancing on one foot and coordinating multiple body parts at once, all in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.
