KANATA GYMNOSPHERE REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

(RECREATIONAL, KINDERGYM AND SPECIALTY RECREATIONAL CLASSES)

LATE REGISTRATION: Late registrations are accepted following the session start date, subject to space availability. Fees will be pro-rated.

PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and check payments (both on-line, and in person) are accepted. Registration is confirmed only upon completion of payment.

INSURANCE/MEMBERSHIP FEE: Our annual fee is $35 and includes the Gymnastics Ontario registration fee for individual athlete insurance for the season (July – June) and administration fee. This fee is charged at the time of registration and is valid for all registrations for the full season. This fee is non-refundable.

REFUNDS: Refunds are available up to two weeks prior to commencement of the session and are subject to a $35 administration fee, with the exception of medical reasons. Cancelations less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the session, are non refundable, and are eligible for a credit of full amount less the $35 administration fee and $35 Insurance/Membership fee noted above. All transfers, at any time, are subject to a $35 administration fee. In case of medical reasons, a doctor’s note must be submitted. In such case the refundable fees are applied for the period starting with date the note has been received by the Club. While refunds are not available other than noted above, class changes may be accommodated subject to space availability, as we strive to meet your needs. Please note that an administrative charge of $35 will be applied to each individual class refund or class transfer.

CANCELLATIONS: Class schedules are subject to change or cancellations. Published recreational classes run pending enrollment and coaching availability (The club reserves the right to combine classes, as needed, in order to achieve the minimum number of athletes required to run a class. Notice will be provided in the event of cancellations for make- up classes. Please note that classes will be cancelled without refund for unforeseen, extreme weather conditions. Notifications will be available on our website at www.kanatagymnastics.ca.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: Please note that if there is not a minimum of four athletes registered for a class, the class may be combined with another.

CLASS TRANSFERS/WITHDRAWAL/REFUND PENALTY FEE: Please note that all class transfers, refunds and/ or credits will be subject to an administrative fee of $35.00.

(WINTER, SUMMER AND MARCH BREAK CAMPS, PD DAYS)

REGISTRATION: Registration deadline for summer camps is 7 days prior to the camp start date. Late registrations are accepted following the deadline, subject to space availability. Fees will be pro-rated, as applicable.

REFUNDS: Refunds are subject to a $35 non-refundable administration fee:

If requested at least two weeks before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund (less the $35 administration fee).
If requested less than two weeks before the first day of camp, you will receive a 50% refund (less the administration fee).
If requested less than one week before the first day of camp, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
If your child is ill or, for any reason, misses one or more days of camp, we will not be able to provide a partial refund.

CANCELLATIONS: If classes are cancelled for unforeseen conditions, notifications will be available on our website at www.kanatagymnastics.ca and make up class schedule will be posted.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: Please note that if there is a minimum of five athletes registered for a camp day/week.
