CANCELLATION POLICY

Your purchase is specifically reserved for you. Missed sessions or late-cancellations prevent us from scheduling other clients and result in a loss of business income.

Please be aware of the following:

Private Session: If you book a time slot that spot will no longer be available to another student, you're responsible for paying for that time regardless of if you attend or not. We ask that you please reschedule (if times are available) or cancel for a credit at least 7 days prior to your session.

All requests to switch sessions must be made in writting to adrienne@keepertec.ca failure to do so will result in a lost session.

Groups: Players are able to withdraw from the program before the beginning of their 2nd attended session. If withdrawing before that deadline, the player will receive a pro-rated refund minus a $150 cancellation fee per Term ($450 for full year option) you are registered for. Once a player participates in their 2nd session of full purchased programing, there is no cancellation accepted nor refund provided. The player is committed to the entire program length registered for. This is the same as if you were to register for a season to play with a team. It’s also important to understand that the installment plan is nothing more than a convenience offered by Keeper Tec to help break up payments. When registering in the program, you are committing to the entire fee.

Payments:

Instalment plans are created to help families budget payments, you are responsible for the full amount upon registration regardless of if full payment or instalment plan is choosen.
There is a 1.5% processing fee applied to all purchases. This fee is is calculated from total purchase cost and only taken at time of original purchase. It is not attached to future payments within selected Payment Plans.
All Payments must be completed online. No etransfer or cash will be accepted.
