Description:
Please note there is no class Friday, June 19th. This evening workshop is open to anyone 14 and older with an interest in screenwriting, no experience necessary! With the guidance of an expert instructor, you’ll learn how to structure a screenplay, develop characters, and write your script using professional software. Each writer will create their own script and provide feedback for other students in a writers’ workshop environment. You’ll leave with a completed short screenplay– perfect for one of Light House’s Narrative Filmmaking workshops if you want to bring it to life! This workshop counts as one Special Skills credit towards the Light House Achievement Award. Visit lighthousestudio.org/achievement-award for more information. Tuition assistance is available for all Light House workshops. To apply, fill out the Tuition Assistance application and wait for a response from our staff with further instructions.
