Description:

Stop motion is an animation technique where objects like clay models or dolls are photographed frame by frame, used in movies like Fantastic Mr. Fox and The Nightmare Before Christmas. If your student loves building and sculpting and wants to create their own world, this is the workshop for them!

Students learn how to design miniature sets, create characters, record audio, and use editing to bring their stories to life. Each small group will complete a short animated film over the course of the week.
