Description:

In this unique intensive filmmaking class, you will write, direct and shoot your own collaborative movie musical! This dynamic experience will include guidance and support from experienced Light House teaching artists and an array of skill building experiences in songwriting and recording, acting, singing, dancing, cinematography and post production. There's a role for everyone - no singing required!

Required age: 14 - 20 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Classes fill quickly. In the event that a class doesn’t fill, registration will close one week before the scheduled start date. High school students in Charlottesville City and Albemarle County public schools may be able to use Light House workshops as work-based learning credit towards their diplomas.
