Description:
This class will provide a full body work out using a variety of equipment and movement types. Participants will warm-up with foam rollers and resistance bands, get their hearts pumping with both strength and cardiovascular intervals and circuits, and cool down with yoga-inspired mobility poses. Leave each class feeling stronger, healthier, and mentally prepared to face the day! Modifications will be available to accommodate diverse needs.
