Make this Hatha Yoga class with the wonderful Nina LePage your new favourite Monday night tradition. 

This is a classical Hatha class for all levels. Stretch, unwind, use different breathing exercising, and enjoy a relaxing cool-down. As you move from pose to pose, you will relieve street and stiffness in your mind and in your boday. 

These classes are for all levels with an emphasis on making poses accessible for all. Alignment, strength and flexibility come with regular practice and patience.

Price: $45.00 Taxes not included

Notes: We ask participants to bring their own exercise mat, indoor shoes and water bottle. Classes take place at 1805 Gaspe Ave. Parking is available on site.
