Description:
Gloddess Flow, led by instructor Sophia Wood Massicotte, is a fusion of yoga, sensual movement and dance created for women.
These unique flows are inspired by Hindu goddesses such as Saraswati, Parvati, Kali and Lakshmi. We will channel their qualities of abundance, artistry, nourishment, inner devotion -- and wildness. Classes will vary from fire-infused movements to calm and centering restorative poses leaving you feeling awakened and empowered to invoke the Goddess characteristics in your practice and everyday life.
