Ready to build strength, sharpen your skills, and break a sweat? This no-contact beginner program focuses on essential boxing fundamentals including footwork, bagwork, partner drills and conditioning. All in a supportive and inclusive environment. No sparring involved. 🔹 Learn the Basics: Develop proper form and technique with guidance from experienced instructors. 🔹 Build Strength & Stamina: Improve overall fitness through high-energy drills and conditioning in every class. 🔹 Train with Confidence: Connect with fellow beginners and progress together in a safe, welcoming space. 🔹 What to Bring: Handwraps, boxing gloves, indoor athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
