Description:

All Fitness Members receive a free 60-minute fitness assessment with one of our personal trainers. This one-on-one session is structured like an initial PT assessment where you will receive an individualized fitness evaluation. The goal of the fitness assessment is to give you an overview of your strengths and areas that need more care and attention, with a focus on safety, comfort and setting the foundations for beginning with confidence. Your fitness assessment will consist of:

  • establishing baselines like your resting heart rate
  • postural analysis, balance, flexibility
  • assessing cardio fitness, mobility and strength capabilities while performing some functional exercises
  • guidelines for setting feasible and effective goals
