In this course, students will learn, build, and sharpen the fundamentals of "Yes, and!" through group games and listening exercises to help make strong character choices while always having fun along the way.

Taught by MST alumnus John Meehan (Balloonacy), this class is for all levels, from strict beginners to veteran players. John is a graduate of Second City Hollywood Conservatory, Improv Olympic West, and Pack Theater Improv, and he brings his many years of experience in the comedy world to his work with students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. The skills emphasized in Improv will not only help on stage, but in everyday scenarios at work or elsewhere, whether it's public speaking and giving presentations, or just thinking on your feet and being confident while doing so. 

This ten-week class will culminate in a group improv performance!
