Ages 12-18

Students learn and reinforce foundational skill practice integral to safe pointework.  The class focuses on strength and alignment.  Pre-Pointe students take this class in their flat ballet slippers until the instructor recommends that they advance to pointe shoes.  The recommendation to advance to pointe work is based on many individualized factors.  Our instructors are experts and will not advance a student to pointe work until they are truly ready, as each dancer has different needs.
