This Advanced Contemporary Dance class begins with a flowing floor warm-up engaging spiral patterns and radiant energy to encourage full-body connectivity. Floor work is followed by standing conditioning and balancing exercises, off-center explorations, and expansive traveling dance phrase-work. We invite advancing dancers to expand their dance horizons with this fun and flowing class!
