You can never level out of strengthening your foundations as an actor, you can only level up! No matter where you are in your artistic journey, this class will help you live between the lines and work more truthfully in the moment through an exploration of scenes without lines, improvisation, listening exercises, partner work, and finally, scripted scenes. Class will culminate in a showcase where students can present their work on the main stage at Mile Square Theatre.

Notes: Class will be taught by Michele Danna, bio below: Michele Danna is a professional actress, teacher, and director. She recently finished a two-and-a-half-year run as Lady Macbeth in the Off-Broadway hit Drunk Shakespeare, has been featured in several film and TV projects, and can be seen in multiple national commercials. Born and raised in Jersey, Michele has been a proud Hoboken resident for almost a decade. She is currently a director and an acting professor specializing in Shakespeare, and has been teaching and directing for nearly 20 years. Outside of theater, she practices yoga and can often be found running along the waterfront.
