At the end of the 12-month membership term you will have the option to renew. There are no refunds for this membership pricing option.  Refunds or credits will not be provided for unused weeks or months of the Annual Membership pricing option.

• All guests (children and adults) are required to wear socks while inside the play park. Shoes are not permitted. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk for any guests who forget to bring them.

• It is a requirement that every child be accompanied by an adult while participating in open play.
• Adults are not permitted to enter the play park without accompanying a child.
• Only water is permitted inside the play park, and must be kept inside the locker area. All other food and drinks are prohibited inside the play park.
• Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the snack bar but must be consumed in the lobby.
• Bottles with lids for infants are permitted, but must not be carried onto the turf.
• It is our top priority to provide all children and adult guests with a safe and enjoyable experience while playing inside Milestones Park.
• No foul language, aggressive behavior or bullying will be tolerated.

Membership Billing: Memberships are billed on the first of every month.  If you purchase a membership in the middle of a month, you will be charged a pro-rated fee for the current month. This will give your child immediate access to the park upon completing your membership purchase. On the first of the next month you will be charged the full membership fee. Memberships will automatically renew every month until cancelled by the account owner from the user portal. Once billed, membership fees are non-refundable. Once cancelled, your child will continue to have unlimited access to the park until the end of the current billing cycle.

Summer Fun Pass Includes:

Discounts: $10 discount for multiple children in the same household. To benefit from this discount, all children must be registered at the same time, in one transaction. Future purchases or separate purchases will not be taken into consideration and will not be eligible for the multi-child discount.

Summer Fun Passes are for children 6-months and older. (Children 0-5 months are no-charge.) Summer Fun Passes can be used May 26th through September 1st.

Summer Fun Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused to use at a later date. Passes must be purchased by May 26, 2025. Prorating or purchasing after May 26, 2025 is not available.
