Open to members of the MCLD ($30 per year) An Adult ADHD Support Group program, where participants can connect with peers, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for managing ADHD as an adult. Location: Queen Elizabeth Health Complex, 2100 Av. de Marlowe, Montréal, QC H4A 3L5 (Room # to be shared following registration) Time & Frequency: 7:00 - 8:30pm, monthly
Required age: Over 18 years old on the day of the activity
