Description:
Join Ramona for a leisurely hike at Heartland Prairie (near Gordon Moore Park). The asters should be in full bloom and we might even be able to do some volunteer seed collecting for TNI. Easy to moderate hike. You will also want a water bottle, a wide brim hat, and good hiking shoes. Heartland Prairie is off of College Ave in Alton, IL. The turn in is directly across the road from the main entrance to Gordon Moore Park.
