Level 2 classes are mainly for those with at least one year or more years of regular practice and who have mastered all the level 1&2 skills.

The class, led by our experienced instructors, offers intermediate techniques. In a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, participants find empowerment in pushing their technical level further each week while fostering friendships and community bonds.

Each 1-hour class is composed of a warm-up, instruction on techniques, conditioning and strengthening exercises and stretching.

Notes: Bring a water bottle. Dress code: -No zipper or any metal or hard plastic on clothing that could snag the ropes or tear the tape on the apparatus. Participants will not be permitted on the circus school apparatus if wearing zippers. -All jewelry or watches that could snag should be removed. -Long leggings or track pants and a fitted stretchy t-shirt that won't ride up when upside-down is ideal to protect the skin from rubbing. For certain moves, longer sleeves or socks might be useful. We will work mainly barefoot or insocks.

Prerequisites: Completed all Level 1 skills.
