In this all-level class, our expert coaches will guide participants to learn the basics or more advanced techniques on static trapeze. Beginner and advanced students are welcome, we build strength and technique week by week.

Ratio coach to student 1:6 for a personalized approach.

Each 1-hour class is composed of a warm-up, instruction on techniques, conditioning and strengthening exercises and stretching.

Notes: Bring a water bottle. Dress code: -No zipper or any metal or hard plastic on clothing that could snag the ropes or tear the tape on the apparatus. Participants will not be permitted on the circus school apparatus if wearing zippers. -All jewelry or watches that could snag should be removed. -Long leggings or track pants and a t-shirt that won't ride up when upside-down is ideal to protect the skin from rubbing. For certain moves, longer sleeves or socks might be useful. We will work mainly barefoot or in socks.
