Description:

In this class, we begin with gentle yoga to move the body and then transition to focused breathing, clearing the body and mind to prepare ourselves for about 20 minutes of meditation. The class will focus on beginning and building a yoga and breathing practice to support a meditation practice. Suitable for all, no prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.
