Step into the world of digital creativity! In Digital Art Studio, students will explore a variety of techniques and tools available in popular drawing apps. Each session introduces fun and accessible approaches to digitial design, complete with easy-to-follow tips.

Through hands-on projects, students will bring their ideas to life while learning how to make the most of digital art tools. Teaching artist Keville Bowen creates a true studio experience—giving plenty of time for students to experiment, practice, and receive personalized feedback. Along the way, he shares his favorite professional tips and tricks to help every young artist grow in confidence and skill.

Students will be working towards publishing a digitial comics anthology by the end of the session. 

DROP-IN OPTION: If you are unable to commit to the full session, there is a "drop-in" studio option, Select the dates that work for you and drop-on-in. Take a Tuesday night to come work on your digital art projects with Keville's guidance. 24-hour advanced notice preferred for Keville to prepare.

Prerequisites: Must be in Grades 6-9. Download iBis Paint X app (free version is fine) and bring a stylus and charging cords.
