Ready to start the New Year connecting to your creativity? Join us for the first session of the Creativity and Mindfulness Workshop Series, lead by Clair Oaks. This five part series begins Saturday, January 25.

Notes: Creativity and Mindfulness Workshops with Clair Oaks is a five part series of creativity and mindfulness workshops designed to support you on your life journey. No prior creativity experience necessary. Each workshop will include paint, paper or canvas, journaling, reflection, and guided meditation. Students will take home their own art piece to continue to work on, or just enjoy as an artifact of the overall insights gained during the workshop experience. Led by Clair Oaks, using the creativity expression and mindfulness methods of Intention Creativity. Bring a journal, a water bottle and wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on!
