Jump start your morning with a strength-based class which energizes the body, increases flexibility and balance. Set to music, this class prepares us to embrace the day ahead with energy and focus.

Prerequisites: Some yoga experience recommended. Blocks, straps and blankets provided, please bring a yoga mat.
