Ever dream of competing on Masked Singer or rocking your next talent show? This class teaches basic singing technique and explores how we use our voice through games using rhythm and voice, call and response, and using pitch to explore character.

Additionally, students will rehearse how to perform a song by incorporating movement and using a microphone. We'll have some Karaoke fun with pop songs and musicals. Build your vocal chops as you work towards a performance* for your friends and family in our last class on June 4th.

*Performing is always optional.

Required age: 6 - 12 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Our After-School program is listed from 4-5:30pm, allowing all students to arrive on foot, by bus or drop off to make it in advance of instruction time between 4:30-5:30pm. Drop off students may arrive anytime after 4pm. WSSD can Bus to Us! Our staff receives the WSSD buses according to the transportation schedule from WES & NPE. Escorted walking bus is available from SRS. Please choose busing option at check out.
