Welcome to The Creative Living Room Summer Camp 2025! There are two locations this summer, so be sure you are choosing the right camp theme in the right location! 

We are back for our 5th season on the grounds of Congregation Beth Israel of Media (BI for short) of creatively-themed camps for kids 5-12. And 8 weeks in our forever year-round home at Park Avenue Community Center (PACC for short) in Swarthmore with camps for ages 5-12 and summer programs for youth (ages 11-15). 

When registering for ANY of our youth classes or camps, please register under the CHILD's name. If more than one child is taking the same camps, each child must be selected. 

Media-location only: AFTER CARE (4-5pm) is not available for puchase until JUNE 1st. Discounts do not apply.

Helpful Registration Hints:

• Parent/Guardian is the Account Owner. Each child should be a listed as a family member.
• All child profiles must include required information: date of birth, an emergency contact, any known allergies or learning needs/diagnosis and identified school district. This information will be required upon registering for their first class/camp.
• All profiles should have the liability waiver and media release completed. Required when registering for first class/camp.
• Registering for a child: Please make sure you have selected the child's name when registering for a class or camp. If you are registering more than one child, each child's name should appear separately. Do not sign up one child twice.

Summer Camp Discounts:

• All summer camp discounts are exclusve to summer camp and any advertised discounts for TCLR or other PACC programs do not apply.
• Early Bird rates are already applied to the purchase price, no code is needed. 
• Sibling Discount: Register more than one child the same class/camp, receive 25% off tuition for one child. (can be combined with early bird, but not with any other discounts). Auto-calculated, no code needed.
• Multi-week Discount: In effect after Early-bird. Register for 2 or more weeks of camp and receive $20 off second or more weeks. May not be combined with sibling discount. Auto-calculated, no code needed.

Summer Camp Refund Policies:

• $100 nonrefundable deposit per camp spot is be made at the time of registration, with an automatic balance due on May 1st.
• All service fees are nonrefundable.
• Cancellations in writing made before May 1 will not be charged the balance due or portion there of that is subject to the requested withdrawal. 
• After May 1: Cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date of the camp session receive full credit for the remaining balance or use by anyone in the household at Park Avenue Community Center. 
• Cancellations made 2-4 weeks before the start date of a camp session receive a 50% credit on the balance due for use by anyone in the household at Park Avenue Community Center. 
• No refunds or credits given for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before start date of camp session.
• All camp registrations paid in full at the time of registration are subject to the withdrawal policy above. 
• After-care fees are refundable, less the service fee and not subject to the withdrawal policy above. 
• Credits are transferrable to anyone in the household and may be used for any Park Avenue Community Center programs.
• Transferring camp week sessions is permitted if space is still available and is not subject to the nonrefundable portion.  Request must be done in writing. 
• If TCLR/PAC cancels a camp due to low enrollment, a full refund in the original form of payment will be issued.
• Low enrollment notification or cancellation: If TCLR must consider cancelling a camp session due to low enrollment, a low enrollment notification will be sent out 14 days in advance. The official cancellation notice will be sent out 7 days before the first day of camp.
• Late Fee Pick Up – if you are 10 minutes or more late for pick up, it is a fee of $1 per each minute late. (half day, full day and after care pick up times.)
• Unused credits before expiration date may also be transferred into a tax-deductible donation at your request.
