All Clients must complete an annual Admission/Recording Form upon enrolment -- and each year thereafter -- that gives the participating Client access to activities such as classes, private lessons, team, camps, open gyms, etc. Valid June through May or until you withdraw from activities with the Company. Clients are only allowed to participate when Admission/Recording Fees have been paid in full.
