Our classes are taught in small groups with an expert coach where your athlete will do drills, drills, drills and learn skills, skills, skills! With a variety of classes for all ages, levels and skills, you'll be sure to find the right ones for your athlete. Book as many classes as you like to get your athlete working towards and achieving their goals.
Classes
Intro to Cheer class: This class is ideal for any athlete who is new to cheerleading! Participants aged 4+ will learn the fundamentals of our sport, like jumping, tumbling, and motions.
Group Tumbling classes: Taught in small groups of 8 with an expert coach, your athlete will do drills, drills, drills and learn skills, skills, skills! Below is a list of some of the skills that will be focused on in each class/level.
Learn to Tumble - Rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands
Level 1 - Walkover Class – Back & Front walkover, Round-offs
Level 2 - Handspring – Standing back handspring, roundoff-handspring, walkover-handspring
Level 3 - Tucks - Handspring series, Roundoff-Handspring-tuck, ro-bt, front tuck
Level 4 - Layouts- Roundoff-Handspring-Layout, Handsprings to tuck/layout, Standing tuck
Level 5-7 - Fulls & beyond - running fulls, standing fulls, running double, specialty lines
Once you've purchased your class(es), you will receive a purchase confirmation email which will have important information on our enter/exit procedure and any other necessary details. Please read.
