Description:
Parent & Tot is an introductory class in which parents get to participate with their young child(ren). Participants will develop basic body coordination through parkour related movements (jumping, vaulting and balance) as well as learning through games. No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for the Parent & Tot Class.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):

Required age: 3 - 5 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Please bring running shoes, a water bottle, and clothes that participants can easily move in.
Prerequisites: Participants must be 3-5 years of age and accompanied by a parent.
