Important information

Our competitive program is designed to give our advanced athletes motivation to continue high level training, in order to participate in parkour competitions across North America.

Competitive program athletes choose which style of competition (or discipline) they would be interested in training for, either skill/speed competitions or freestyle competitions. Skill/speed competitions focus on getting over obstacles via running, jumping, climbing, vaulting and swinging. Whereas freestyle competitions prompt athletes to show their acrobatic abilities with moves such as front flips, back flips and side flips.

The competitive program is a year long program, starting the week of October 4th, 2021 and running until the end of June 2022. Competitive athletes are given summers off, but are encouraged to attend open gym to supplement their regular training.

Currently our competitive registration is closed for the 2021-2022 season, however, if you're interested in signing up for the 2022-2023 season, please add yourself to the waitlist of this year's competitive program.
