We strongly suggest using Chrome, as this browser works best with the Smartrec platform, and other browsers can cause errors to occur. If you are creating an account, you will need to ensure everyone you wish to complete a waiver for is on your account.

Please note, creating an account is separate from completing the waiver. Once you are logged into or have created an account, add the "waiver completion" activity to your cart (it's free) and complete the checkout process. 

During checkout you will be prompted to accept the terms of our waiver, which is your e-signature for our waiver. This waiver must be completed for each participant before they participate in parties, events & programs at Playgrounds. 

Please ignore the schedule; this is just so our waiver is available to complete for a long period of time.
