Family Open Gym Passes can be used for any member of your family listed on your account. You can use a pass towards All Ages and Adult Open Gym, as well as Stay & Play. Please note, Open Gym 10 passes can not be used for Drop in Classes or Nerf Drop Ins. Stay & Play, All Ages and Adult Open Gyms have various age requirements. Please make sure you read the description of the program prior to applying one of your passes. Stay & Play is less expensive than other kinds of Open Gym. However, if you choose to use one of your passes on Stay & Play, no discounts or refunds will be issued due to the price difference. If you have a 10 pass and would prefer to pay the lower Stay & Play rate instead, you will still have the option to pay rather than use a pass. If possible, please register for your desired date(s) online prior to attending to make sure you secure your spot! Refund & cancellation policies:   Playgrounds reserves the right to cancel or change program times due to insufficient numbers, as well as make changes necessary in order to comply with any imposed Covid-19 restrictions. Notice will be provided to those affected in advance. You will be able to cancel reservations made with your multi pass up to 24 hours in advance, which will return any passes used in that reservation to your account. No cancellations will be granted with less than 24 hours of the scheduled program. Remaining passes can be refunded as required less a 15% admin fee within one year of the purchase date. Classes & programs cancelled due to extreme weather, as well as classes & programs missed for personal non-emergency reasons will not be rescheduled or refunded.
