Welcome to a workshop all about attitude, style, and creative flair! In MALC: Make Art Look COOL!, your young artist will explore the bold, expressive world of modern art techniques — from graffiti‑inspired designs to mind‑blowing drawing tricks guaranteed to spark that “WHOOOAAA!” reaction. 🤯🎨

Throughout this high‑energy week, students will:

🎨 Experiment with graffiti‑style lettering and bold color effects
🖍️ Learn drawing techniques that add depth, motion, and WOW‑factor
🌈 Use bright, dynamic materials like Posca pens, chalk pastels, and blotters
✂️ Create layered mixed‑media artwork full of texture and personality
👕 Design and create a wearable piece of art — a one‑of‑a‑kind T‑shirt they’ll be proud to show off!

Students will explore what makes art “cool”: contrast, expression, movement, and creative risk‑taking. With guided demos and tons of freedom to personalize their style, your artist will gain the confidence to make work that’s bold, unique, and full of character. 💥✨

Notes: We have water fountains available on site and free parking in the lot behind the studio. We recommend wearing something you do not mind getting a little messy, though aprons are available for all students.
