Description:
Family dance is a class designed for both the parent / guardian and the child. It often starts with a story, followed by purposeful breathing/stretching and tactile games in a play environment. Both the adult and the child will have chances to explore movement, image based adventures, rhythm and sound or shape making as well as follow along nursery rhymes and free style, upbeat dance jams.

Required age: 18 - 30 months on the day of the activity
Notes: Class Uniform: Comfortable clothes that you can move in, bare feet or grippy socks. All hair should be taken care of neatly and out of the student's face. Ponytail, bun or braids are required for those with medium to long hair.
