Description:

TRAC Intensives are a pre-professional learning environment for students who have been training consistently in dance, performing arts and related activities throughout their youth.

Students will take a mix of Conditioning / Flexibility, Ballet, Commercial Jazz, Tap, Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, Floor Work, Composition and Acro throughout the week.

Required age: 8 - 13 years old as of 12/31/2025

Prerequisites: Students born between 2013 and 2017 should only enroll if they are currently training in competitive dance or musical theatre programs or attend pre-professional arts high school.
