Sign up now for Madera After School Club! 
Here at Madera ASC, it is our goal to create a secure, fun, and welcoming environment for the kids and their families. Daily activities are planned with emphasis on being a place where they can safely run around and have a good time. We also provide a daily Homework Club and a quiet environment for the kids to work on their homework with the help of counselors should they require assistance. Our Club within the Club programs provide additional enrichment and allows for students to explore new or favorite activities. Our family like atmosphere established by our amazing staff allows everyone to feel safe, make new friends, grow friendships, and enjoy a wide range of recreational activities. At our club the kids are encouraged to be themselves, build confidence, and grow as individuals.  

After School Care: 
Club starts at the end of school through 6pm. Monthly fee includes all regular school days, early dismissal days, student non-attendance days, Winter Break, and Spring Break. 
Please note that registration minimums must be met for the program to operate. Price, location, and schedule are subject to change.

At checkout you will be asked to pay a $30 registration fee. You will be charged monthly thereafter on the 31st of each month in $403 installments. Your first payment will be automatically charged on July 31st 2025 for the month of August. Payments will run through April 30th 2026.  

Please note if you sign up for ASC after August 2025, you must register separately for the month of June 2026, as June '26 fees were covered by the August '25 monthly fee. 

If payment is not received by 5:00 pm on the 10th day of the month, your child will not be allowed to attend the program. At the discretion of Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, your child(ren) may be dropped from the program due to the non-payment prior to the 11th.

Required age: 3 - 13 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: If you choose to remove your child(ren) from the Program (either temporarily or permanently), you must inform RSRPD in writing at info@rsrpd.us prior to the 25th of the month AND receive confirmation your request was received/processed in order to prevent the auto charge. Notifying a Site Director is NOT an official withdrawal notice. 

Prerequisites: As part of the enrollment process, all participants are required to complete an ePACT account, where parents/guardians must provide essential emergency contact and health information, including any allergies or other medical conditions. Completion of the ePACT account is mandatory before a child can participate in the program. ePACT invites will be emailed out prior to first day.
