Program operation hours:
Teen Club: School dismissal - 6:00 pm ; TC monthly fee $303
Non-School Days/Full Days: 6:45 am - 6:00 pm; See parent handbook for list of days
A $30 registration fee is due at the time of registration for the Teen Club. You will be charged monthly thereafter on the 31st of each month in $303 installments. Your first payment will be automatically charged on July 31st 2025 for the month of August. Payments will run through April 30th 2026. Please note if you sign up for ASC/TC after August 2025, you must register separately for the month of June 2026, as June '26 fees were covered by the August '25 monthly fee. You must register separately for June days as June fees were covered by the August monthly fee.
If your payment, regardless of the method or reason, has not been received by our office by 5:00 pm on the 5th day of the month, your payment will be deemed late and a $25 late fee will be assessed. If payment is not received by 5:00 pm on the 10th day of the month, your child will not be allowed to attend the program. At the discretion of Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, your child(ren) may be dropped from the program due to the non-payment prior to the 11th.
As part of the enrollment process, all participants are required to complete an ePACT account, where parents/guardians must provide essential emergency contact and health information, including any allergies or other medical conditions. Completion of the ePACT account is mandatory before a child can participate in the program. ePACT invites will be emailed out prior to first day.
If you choose to remove your child(ren) from the Program (either temporarily or permanently), you must inform RSRPD in writing at info@rsrpd.us prior to the 25th of the month AND receive confirmation your request was received/processed in order to prevent the auto charge. Notifying a Site Director is NOT an official withdrawal notice.
