Description:

Stage 6 will review and continue to work on the front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Swimmers will continue to work on the butterfly stroke and diving. Participants will also continue to improve their endurance and work on diving. Racing dives and flip turns will be introduced.

Notes: Dates: 10 Sundays, April 6, April 13, April 27, May 4, May 11, June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22, June 29. Note NO lessons on these dates: April 20, May 18, May 25

Prerequisites: A swimmer must be able to swim two full laps of front crawl with the side breathing and back crawl. Swimmers should be able to swim a full lap of breaststroke.
