Description :

Stage 6 will review and continue to work on the front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Swimmers will continue to work on the butterfly stroke and diving. Participants will also continue to improve their endurance and work on diving. Racing dives and flip turns will be introduced.

Prérequis : A swimmer must be able to swim two full laps of front crawl with the side breathing and back crawl. Swimmers should be able to swim a full lap of breaststroke.
