Description:

Students build more sophisticated robots to explore how they can be designed to perform specific tasks, using sensors to interact with their environment and perform basic and advanced behaviors. Additionally, students use a variety of real and virtual robots to explore a full range of coding concepts from conditionals, algorithms, and Boolean true/false branches to the use of text-based coding languages. Familiarity with introductory coding such as Scratch is helpful, but not required.
