BEFORE YOU BEGIN - READ CAREFULLY!

Since we are not at JPCC again this year, the pre-camp process will be a little bit different. Please pay attention to audition instructions and extra fees. 

We cannot accommodate extra nights this year. If your travel plans necessitate arriving early or staying after camp, you will need to make your own arrangements for accommodation. 

If you require any extra fees, such as Transportation, please proceed to the MERCHANDISE tab to pay for this add-on.

If you do not add and pay these fees, you are not considered registered for these extra services. We advise you to confirm with Rachel in the music department once you have added and paid for these extra items.

TRANSPORTATION

If you require transportation from Pearson to Guelph Bible Conference Centre, please select the Transportation Fee in the Merchandise section of your registration. The fee is $25.

There will be ONE bus departing on Saturday, August 24 from Pearson to Guelph Bible Conference Centre. The bus will depart promptly at 3:00PM. If this option does not work within your schedule, you will need to make your own arrangements to get to Guelph. As always, please get in touch with Rachel if you have any concerns.

AUDITIONS

Auditions will be pre-recorded and submitted ahead of camp. You must upload your auditions by August 12th. All pertinent instructions can be found on the audition material here.

WAIVER FOR UNDER 18

If you are under the age of 18, you are required to have your parent or guardian sign a waiver. You will not be permitted to attend camp without having your waiver submitted. You can download the waiver here.

TRAVEL SUBSIDY

A total of 50 travel subsidies are available to active Salvationists in Canada & Bermuda (travelling from outside Ontario and Quebec) on a first-come basis. Valid flight invoices are required. Click here to download the form.

You will need to email the form and your flight invoice to rachel.ewing@salvationarmy.ca.

CORPS OFFICER ENDORSEMENT

All students must be endorsed to attend camp by their corps officer. Please download the form here.

Please send the form to your CO. Your CO should send the completed form directly to rachel.ewing@salvationarmy.ca.

CORPS SUBSIDIZATION

If your camp fees are being subsidized by your corps, you will require a discount code in order to complete your application. Please have your CO get in touch with Rachel Ewing directly to verify and finalize plans for payment.

TMS AFTER-PARTY

The TMS After-Party is back this year! At Guelph Citadel once the final program has ended, there will be games, activities, sports, movies, and food! If you sign up, you agree not to leave the premises between 11PM and 7AM. The after-party will be supervised by TMS Faculty and the Youth Department. The next morning, a bus will depart Guelph Citadel to transport those students who live outside Ontario to the GTA to catch their flights. Sign up for this event during registration.
