OLICY REMINDERS

CAMP CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received one week prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded. Cancellations due to medical reasons will be fully refunded if a doctor's note is provided. 

SIGN IN & OUT and DROP OFFS:
Sign your child in and out upon arrival and departure each day. Please arrange to have your child picked up by one of the people on your child's registration form. In the event we should expect someone else to pick up your child, please provide us with a written note in advance.

CAMP STAFF:
At SSMGC, all our staff and volunteers have been chosen for their commitment to children, qualifications, and experience. All coaches are minimum Level One Certified with Gymnastics Ontario. With a camper/staff ratio of 10:1, safety is our number one priority! 

SWIMMING POLICY:
SSMGC March Break Camp participates in supervised swimming activities at the John Rhodes Pool on Tuesday and Thursday. In accordance with their safety ratios, only children 7 years of age or older will be permitted to swim. Swim tests must be performed each time. Children who do not pass the swim test are to stay within arms reach of their coach. 

NUT CONSCIOUS FACILITY:
Pack your campers with a healthy, nut-free lunch and two generous nut-free snacks. Please call SSMGC for more details about this policy.
