Welcome to Novice Pink

Our novice teams practice once per week for one hour. The season runs from September 2025 to April 2026 each year.

Novice teams compete at approximately 2 competitions in the year plus a year end showcase for parents.

Athletes may be beginners or seasoned beginners. This program allows our athletes and parents to discover if cheerleading is the right fit for them. It is also an excellent opportunity for athletes to practice current skills and gain new ones, preparing them for the next step!

Our membership fee does not include the balance of the team uniform ($195.00), competition fees (TBA), or a bow (30.00).  

A non-refundable uniform deposit of $50.00 will be due at the time of registration.

Practices start Saturday, September 13th. An email confirmation of time will be sent to registered athletes.

Welcome to Navy Seals

Navy Seals has attended the USASF Worlds division for the past 15 years, and placed top 10 in Canada! The goal of this team is to attend the Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando, Florida in April. Travel will be a requirement on this team!!

Navy Seals will be practicing 4 hours per week in the summer months and practice times will increase to 6 hours in September.

PRACTICE DAYS AND TIMES:

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 7:30-9:30, START JUNE 3

FALL: SUNDAY 7:30-9:30

Our membership fees do not include competition fees (TBD), uniform, bow, the makeup kit, a team jacket (optional), white shoes, trip fees, mandatory flyer classes, etc.

The music and choreography fee is $250.00 which is due July 1st. The WORLDS block of dates is between August 7th - August 11th. These dates are MANDATORY. If your athlete is absent, there will be an additional $250.00 fee to cover the person learning the spot as well as the extra teaching involved. Please note, this cost will not cover the actual entire fee, it just helps this service become affordable for our program. The gym will hold various fundraisers to assist in covering costs for our choreographer and music fees. Some fundraisers will require mandatory participation and go towards team costs.

If your athlete has been chosen as a top they will be required to take a weekly flyer class which you can register through amilia.  Once you have received an email that you are a confirmed flyer you will be required to register to hold your spot as a top.

IMPORTANT - Athletes will be required to obtain sponsorships for their team packages in late February. Amount TBA. Sponsorships go towards the team, not individual athletes.

Our open team practice once per week for 2 hours. Our year runs from June until April 2026.

Prep teams compete at approximately 3 competitions in the year plus a year end showcase for parents.

Athletes may be beginners or seasoned beginners - but athletes must be 18 and older. 

Our membership fee does not include the team uniform ($195.00), competition fees (TBA), choreo/music fee (100.00) and a bow (25.00)

Choreography for the team takes place the first two weeks of August. If an athlete has to miss choreography there is a $100.00 missed fee that is payable on top of the choreography fee.

A non-refundable uniform deposit of $50.00 will be due at the time of registration.

If your athlete decides to end their cheer career before recieving the bra top and shorts set - they will no longer be eligible for the free item. 

Welcome to U18 Level 3/4!!

Welcome to Green Berets! 

PRACTICE DAY: SUNDAYS 6-7, START DAY IN SEPTEMBER TBA

This is an adaptive abilities program for athletes to get active, make friends and learn about cheerleading! In our program, this class is run by a trained occupational therapist (who is also an certified cheerleading coach) to ensure safety, challenge and fun!! 

This sessions run from September 2025 until December 2025, and we will open a second session from January 2026 - April 2026. Classes run once a week for one hour. It includes cheerleading, tumbling and games. 

Ages 5+ / Non-competitve 

Athletes have a showcase at the end of term for friends and family and recieve a medal!
