Our Select teams practice once per week for 1.5 hours in the summer and twice per week in the fall. The season runs from June to April 2027 each year. The practice dates include:

SUMMER: Wednesdays - 5:30-7:00 

FALL/WINTER: BOTH - Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 & Saturdays 1:30-3:00

This program is for seasoned athletes that love cheerleading. This program allows our athletes to continue to strengthen their current skill set. Athletes learn how to tumble, dance, routine and stunt.   

Our membership fee does not include the balance of the team uniform and bow. The uniform and bow are the same as last year.

The yearly fee includes the yearly fee, all competition fees, team routine choreography and routine music.

A non-refundable uniform deposit of $50.00 will be due at the time of registration in order for staff to size and order the athlete's uniform. Uniform deposits are take early on as uniforms can take up to 16 weeks to arrive.

This program was specifically designed for competitive athletes to strengthen skills, attend some amazing competitions and wear a blinged out uniform.

Teams will be practicing 2 hours per week in the summer months and practice times will increase to twice per week in September. The practice dates include:

FALL/WINTER: BOTH - Thursdays 5:00-7:00 & Sundays 1:30-3:30

Scorpions Niagara has introduced new PREMIUM teams.  Talent alone means nothing without hard work. These teams will be composed of intense athletes willing to put in the extra work. These teams represent discipline, effort, hard work and holding each other accountable. The longer-practicing teams are intended for athletes who are very committed to cheer, to prepare them for the next level.

Premium teams will practice twice per week all summer and an additional practice or extended practice time will be added in September. The practice dates include:

SUMMER: Tuesday - 5:30-7:30 & Wednesday 7:30-9:30 

FALL/WINTER: ALL - Tuesday 5:30-7:00 & Wednesday 7:30-9:00 & Sunday 4:00-7:00 

Our membership fees do not include a uniform, bow (unless the athlete has one from 2026), trip fees to Florida or Nashville and any overnight stays required by athletets/parents.

** The yearly fee INCLUDES:

Team practice set, tracksuit and team tumbling. All competition fees, music and choreography fees are also included in the yearly fee.  If the team requires additional choreography adjustments, the team maybe asked to participate in a fundraiser such as Big Reds in order to cover costs.

Welcome to Navy Seals

Navy Seals has attended the USASF Worlds division for the past 16 years, and placed top 6th in Canada! The goal of this team is to attend the Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando, Florida in April. Travel is a requirement on this team.

Navy Seals will be practicing 4 hours per week in the summer months and practice times will increase to 5-6+ hours in September.  Practice times will increase in the fall, but will remain twice a week so that athletes can continue to work jobs and focus on school as well. 

The practice dates include:

SUMMER: Tuesdays - 7:30-9:30 & Thursdays 7:30-9:30 

FALL/WINTER: BOTH- Tuesdays - 7:00-10:00 & Thursdays 7:00-10:00 

Our membership fees do not include a white and pink uniform, bow (unless the athlete has one from 2026), trip fees to Florida and any overnight stays required by athletets/parents.

IMPORTANT - Athletes will be required to obtain sponsorships for their team packages in late February/March in order to obtain their World's package.  The Amount is typically a minimum of $250.00  Sponsorships go towards the team, not individual athletes.

Welcome to Green Berets! 

PRACTICE DAY: SUNDAYS, SEPTEMBER START

TIME: TBA

This is an adaptive abilities program for athletes to get active, make friends and learn about cheerleading! In our program, this class is run by a trained occupational therapist (who is also an certified cheerleading coach) to ensure safety, challenge and fun!! 

This sessions run from September 2026 until April 2027.  Classes run once a week for one hour. It includes cheerleading, tumbling and games. 

Ages 5+ / Non-competitve 

Athletes have a showcase at the end of term for friends and family.

Welcome to our first year of Pom and Cheer!

PRACTICE DAY: 

This is a partial non-competitive team for athletes to get active, make friends and learn about cheerleading! In our program, this class is run by one of our amazing Navy SEAL athletes with over 16 years of experience in both high school and All star cheerleading.  There are no specific skills required for this team.

Classes run from September until April of 2027

This program is the next stepping stone from rec classes to a team, where athletes get to experience what it feels like to be on a team without having to compete. There is a $56.50 uniform fee and poms for athletes. These athletes will wear their special outfit on the final rehearsal showcase in April 2027.  The uniform and pom fee is INCLUDED in the total price for the year. Uniform is released to the athlete near the end of the year.  Poms are given out earlier so kids can practice with them throughout the year.

Once registered, this program is non-refundable or transferable.  

Athletes will practice once per week for 45 minutes and learn all of the basics of cheerleading. They will learn a routine of stunting, dancing, jumps all put to specialized music.

This is an ideal team for athletes who are not ready to compete but still want to learn to cheer, dance and tumble. Athletes show off what they learn at the end of the year with the cheer recital, where friends and family are all invited to come and watch (tickets will be purchasable at the end of the year)
