The Navy Seals has attended the USASF Worlds division for 13 years, last year placing top 10 in Canada!

Navy Seals will be practicing 5 hours per week in the summer months (Tuesdays 7:30-10:00 & Thursdays 7:30-10:00) and practice times will increase to between 6-7 hours (the addition of Sundays 7:30-10:00), in the fall months as per the coach's discretion. 

Our membership fees do not include competition fees (TBD), uniform ($370), bow ($30), makeup, a team jacket (optional), white shoes, trip fees, etc. 

The music and choreography fee is $150.00 which is due July 1st. The WORLDS block of dates is between August 7th - August 11th. If your athlete is absent, there will be a $250.00 fee to cover the person learning the spot as well as the extra teaching involved. This will not cover the actual entire fee, it just helps this service become affordable for our program. The gym will hold various fundraisers to assist in covering costs for our choreographer and music fees.

New for season 24 - ALL athletes will be required to take a tumbling session weekly (this is free and is part of practice time).

PRACTICES START SEPTEMBER 8TH 

Our cheer abilities team is back in action!! This program will run from September 15th 2024 - December 15th 2024 

Our practices will be held once per week starting in September! Classes will focus on fine and gross motor development, development of athletic skills and team socialization.

Time to meet new friends and have some fun!

Our head coach is a certified Occupational Therapist and is super excited to get this program back up and running!  Prior to practices commencing our coach will book a 15 minute assessement with each athlete and parent to ensure we have a concrete understanding of functional limitations, adaptive aids, behavioural triggers and calming strategies to ensure we understand each athlete's individual need.

We cannot wait to be once again Niagara's first and best at providing this amazing opportunity for these athletes.

Parents must pre-register to hold a spot.

Athletes in the non-competitive division must be at least 5 years of age or older at the time of registration.  Athletes on the non-competitive team will only DEMO at local competitions.

* There are small fees associated with this program to cover gym expenses.
