This level is an introduction to the formal structure of a ballet class. Students will learn the basics of ballet class etiquette. Classes are taught with a focus on the joy of movement. Age-appropriate basic ballet terminology is introduced. Exercises are practiced in the center and across-the-floor. This class is recommended for those in 1st and 2nd grade.
