Notes: Thank you for registering! Please read program information below. Expected start date will be the week following registration. This allows for the necessary preparation time to complete administrative tasks and ensure a smooth start. Upon completion of registration, you can expect to receive a Welcome letter from Sade Drummond, the program Coordinator, by the Friday of that same week. Please notify your child’s teacher of their enrollment in the St. Alban’s afterschool program. To ensure safe arrivals, if your child is ever going to be absent, please call the front desk at (416) 534-8461 Ext 0 or email Sade the Children’s Program Coordinator at sade@stalbansclub.ca prior to 3pm. Our monthly fees for the Full Time (5 days) and Part Time (3 days) programs are charged as a flat rate, which is determined by the average number of program days throughout the school year. Please note that if you register for 1 day a week that is still considered pat time care and will be charged accordingly. Please be aware that monthly invoices and payments are not processed through Amilia. We use Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) to withdraw the monthly invoice payments directly from your bank account, ensuring a seamless and secure payment process. Upon registration, we kindly ask you to provide a void cheque or banking information, to our office manager, Tashieka McTaggart at tashieka@stalbansclub.ca. You will receive an emailed invoice the week of the 15th of each month and payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 30th of each month. Please note we require two weeks notice for any changes to your schedule. We offer a separate full day program for TDSB PA Days and holidays. What to bring Clothing and footwear appropriate for playing indoors and outdoors. Snacks (Children are discouraged from sharing food to minimize the possibility of allergic reactions).
