Registration opens every Monday at 9am and closes Wednesday at 9pm. Expected start date will be the following week. This allows for the necessary preparation time to complete administrative tasks and ensure a smooth start.
The STARS After School Program offers an exciting and engaging experience for children in grades JK-6. With a diverse range of fun activities, participants can explore their interests and talents in drama, arts & crafts, indoor and outdoor games, sports, swimming, and more. Our program provides a safe and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and create lasting memories. Our STARS programs runs out of our main clubhouse and our Satellite locations.
Our Main Clubhouse on Palmerston Ave picks up from the following schools in the surrounding area,
Palmerston Public School, Essex/Hawthorne Public School, Huron Public School, École Sacré-Coeur school and Humewood Public School
Our Satellite locations are McMurrich Public School, Regal Road Junior Public School, Kensington Community School, and Rawlinson Community School.
How to Register
If you prefer part-time care, please choose your preferred 3 days and add them to your cart. For full-time care, ensure you add all 5 days to your cart and check out. Please note that there isn't an option to select all days at once. You will need to add each day individually to your cart.
After completing the rest of your registration you'll reach a payment step where the balance displayed will be $0. Please follow the steps to “pay” the balance.
Our monthly fees for the Full Time (5 days) and Part Time (3 days) programs are charged as a flat rate, which is determined by the average number of program days per month. Fees are posted on our website. There is no fee for withdrawing from the program before the school year begins.
Please be aware that monthly invoices and payments are not processed through Amilia. We use Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) to withdraw payments directly from your bank account, ensuring a seamless and secure payment process. After you have successfully completed the registration process, our Office Manager will send you an email with a request for a void cheque or bank information to facilitate Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) for payments. Payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 30th of each month.
Please note once the program begins we require two weeks notice for any changes to your schedule.
We offer a separate full day program for TDSB PA Days and holidays.
