Services

Stillwater Symphony / O Momma offers immersive sound journeys, both floating and non-floating, conducted in water and on land at private and public venues. We also offer gentle and restorative yoga and aqua wellness experiences. All services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care.

Eligibility

All Stillwater Symphony / O Momma experiences are for participants ages 18 and older.

Pregnancy Participation (O Momma)

Some Stillwater Symphony / O Momma offerings are specifically designed to support pregnant individuals; however, participation during pregnancy is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s discretion. By registering for and attending an experience while pregnant, you acknowledge and affirm that:

• You have consulted with or received approval from your healthcare provider, if advised.

• You are aware of your own physical limits and will modify or discontinue participation as needed.

• You understand that sound, movement, floating, and water-based activities involve inherent risks, which may be heightened during pregnancy.

Stillwater Symphony / O Momma is not responsible for any pregnancy-related complications, discomfort, or outcomes associated with participation.

Reservations & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event are non-refundable & non-transferable.

• No-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

Health & Safety

By participating in a Stillwater Symphony / O Momma experience, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of participation. You acknowledge that sound-based relaxation experiences and activities in or around water involve inherent risks. Stillwater Symphony / O Momma is not responsible for any injury, loss, or condition that may result from participation.

Waivers

All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to attending any Stillwater Symphony / O Momma event.

Intellectual Property

All branding, photography, music, materials, and content associated with Stillwater Symphony / O Momma are the exclusive property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others or staff.

Changes to Services

Stillwater Symphony / O Momma reserves the right to update, modify, reschedule, or cancel events at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants of any changes.
