Description:

Swimmer 4 to 6 offers students the chance to perfect their skills in the water. The swimmers will improve on the life saving skills that they already have, and learn new skills as they progress through the levels. These new skills include: new methods of entry into deep water, new methods of surface support, back somersaults into the water, treading water for over a minute, breastroke, sprint front crawl, head up front crawl, recovering objects 10 meters under water, eggbeater kicks, scissor kicks, head up swim, and new interval training. Levels 4, 5, and 6 also continue to teach swim to survive skills, in which swimmers will be taught advanced survival sequences using the skills they are learning in each level. They are also taught water smart messages for maximum safety around bodies of water. Please refer to our complete level breakdown for more in depth information about each specific level.
