Important information

Field trip sign-ups are here!

Here are some important reminders:

  1. Field trips sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. If the field trip reaches it's maximum amount of participants that can go, any sign-ups afterwards will be added on the waitlist. 
  3. If your participant is able to go, we will register your participant for the field trip with the card on file. Please be sure to have a card authorized for The Exceptional Foundation to use in order for use to process immediately. Please be mindful that participants are not able to go on field trips until all previous balances are caught up and the field trip is paid for. 
  4. If your participant is on the waitlist and was not able to go, you will receive a credit on your account.
  5. Credits will only be issued for participants on the waitlist and did not go or if the adult activities manager is given 24 hour notice prior to the field trip.
  6. Credits will not be given when items are pre-purchased for field trips (i.e. tickets, advance payment to reserve spots, etc.).
  7. Credits will not be given for absences unless a participant is on the waitlist. Please be aware of notes about the field trip if your participant will need to arrive early on the day of the field trip. An email a day before will also be sent out as a last second reminder.
